Where is the property and how can I reach it?

Borgo Vita Novella is located between Marzamemi and Pachino, in Contrada Coste Sant’Ippolito in the municipality of Pachino along the SP 85 Marzamemi-Chiaramida road. Driving along the SP 85 towards Pachino, it is easily located on the right.
The nearest airport is Catania, about 100 km away.

Is parking available at the property?

The Borgo's uncovered internal parking is large and free.

Does the property have an elevator?

All the structures inside the Borgo are on the ground floor.

What accessibility features does the property have?

All pedestrian areas and common areas of the Borgo are accessible via brick ramps and can be reached by car.

Is Wi-Fi available at the property?

Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort.

Are pets allowed at the property?

Pets are not allowed.

Do you provide a luggage storage service?

Yes, luggage can be left in storage at Reception.

What amenities are included in the rooms?

All rooms at the resort are equipped with every comfort, including: air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, electric kettle, hairdryer, safe, swimsuit hangers, double pillows.

Is a city tax required?

Yes, the tourist tax applies for a maximum of 5 nights for guests between the ages of 12 and 75. The amount varies depending on the period and in accordance with the current municipal regulations.

What credit cards do you accept?

Debit, credit, and prepaid cards from PagoBancomat, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, VPay, American Express, UnionPay, JCB, and Diners Club circuits, smartphone payments via Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, and Huawei Pay, and transactions with WeChat Pay and AliPay.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

How does check-in work at the property?

Check-in takes place at the reception desk, where guests' documents are registered. The receptionists will then accompany guests to their rooms, providing all the necessary information to ensure a comfortable stay.

Web Check-in is available before arrival via the link sent to guests via email.

Is early check-in possible?

Unless there are special needs related to events or extraordinary maintenance, check-in is possible before 2:00 PM and guests can use the resort's common areas and services. If the room is available and ready before 2:00 PM, it will be handed over to guests.

Is late check-out possible?

Late check-out until 3:00 PM is subject to room availability and carries a 20% surcharge on the one-night stay.

Is a transfer service available?

There is no shuttle service available.

Is there a charging station for electric cars?

Are children allowed at the property?

Yes

Does the property have a private beach?

No, we have agreements with beach clubs near the resort.

Do you provide beach towels?

No, we provide towels for the resort pool.

Yes, camping cots are available for an additional fee.

Are rooms accessible?

Yes, there is a Disability Access room.

Is breakfast included?

Yes, breakfast is always included.

What time is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 10:30

Where is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served in the breakfast room or in our meeting room. Breakfast can also be enjoyed outdoors on the adjacent "Terrazza dei Carrubi."

What kind of breakfast is served?

Breakfast is Sicilian, homemade, with fresh, local produce. It's served buffet style, and à la carte options are also available.

Are gluten-free, vegetarian, or vegan options available?

Yes, upon request, our already extensive and varied breakfast can be supplemented with additional dishes specifically designed for gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, or other allergies.

Is there a restaurant at the property?

No, but at the resort's bar and kitchen you can enjoy tasty light lunches and rich aperitifs featuring local products.

Yes

Is there a bar on site?

Yes, open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.

POOL

Is there a SPA/wellness center at the property?

No. It is possible to book massages, wellness and beauty services, which will be provided within the resort.

Is there a pool at the property?

Yes. Outdoor swimming pool

What are the pool hours?

9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Do you provide pool towels?

Yes, please request it at Reception.

ACTIVITIES, EXPERIENCES & EVENTS

Is a concierge service available ?

The concierge service is provided by our receptionists, who welcome our guests and assist them throughout their stay, also with a convenient and efficient WhatsApp service.

Do you arrange tours and excursions in the surrounding area?

Yes, we can organize tours and excursions with external services.

Is it possible to arrange weddings or private events?

Yes. The resort can be rented as a wedding and event venue with external catering. The Borgo is a town hall and can therefore also host civil ceremonies.

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

What are the cancellation terms?

If you book with the "14-day special offer", cancellation is free within 14 days of the check-in date.
